Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your new clothes! If something isn't quite right, we offer returns for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Here's what you need to know:

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your items.
• Condition of Returned Items:  Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
• Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process it.
• Refunds:  We will issue a full refund to your original payment method for the returned item(s).

Exceptions:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.

How to Make a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team by email at andrew.offdutythreads@gmail.com  to initiate a return.
2. Pack your unworn, unwashed items with tags attached in proper mailing packaging. 
3. Clearly mark your order#  on the outside of your return package.
4. Ship the return package to the address we provide you with.
5. Keep your return receipt for your records.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
